Your complete satisfaction with your Lucky Duck Tech product is our #1 goal.
As you can imagine, there are thousands of different webcams and monitors in the market, so its not uncommon that you may have questions.
Carefully review the Instruction card included with your order or available to view online here. Begin with the Troubleshooting Tips on the back side of the Assembly Instructions. They cover the most common issues you’ll encounter.
If the Troubleshooting Tips do not answer your question, please email us at info@luckyducktech.com or message “Lucky Duck Tech” on Facebook Messenger, with details of your setup (model of webcam, monitor or speakerphone), your question and what you have tried so far. It always helps if you can include a picture or short video, to help us see what is happening. We usually respond within a few hours.
If we are not able to fix the issue to your complete satisfaction, we will be happy to ship you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of mailing it back to us.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@luckyducktech.com and send your item to the address on the receipt.
