First, shipping was super fast! Second, I did initially encounter some usability issues with my webcam – Logitech Brio 501. The thumbscrew didn’t fit, but I was able to use the existing screw to make that part work. The bigger issue was how the bracket secured itself to the top of my monitor. The bracket just hangs there, but because the 501 is so small and light, any movement from the wire causes the whole bracket assembly to move. After giving a 1-star review (since it didn’t work), LuckyDuckTech contacted me and we worked through many of the usability issues with my monitor and webcam. He sent me a larger (longer and wider) clip that helped with the stability. Also, I applied clear scotch tape to hold the bracket clip to the hanger. Great product and excellent customer service! I’m using a 50″ Frame TV as my monitor and have been looking for a solution to place my webcam in a useable position for video meetings. I ideally needed an 8″ extender length, and after working with Greg (who was very responsive and helpful!) I placed a custom order for the extender + mount. I’m now able to position the webcam right between the top and bottom widows with the way I have my layout set. It stays out of the way and looks like I’m looking right at the camera during video meetings. Perfecto!

This is perfect for eye contact with the camera while presenting and meet with others. Very easy to see around it too. You can slide it to the side when not on camera.
